The battery from the kit died on the second day of use, but the remote was coming to me for almost 2 months. 30 seconds of inactivity before falling asleep-only if after waking up there was no connection with the paired device. After disabling the paired device, the remote blinks with a blue LED for a few minutes before falling asleep. Wakes up quickly.
