It came to Kazakhstan in one month. All whole, packed in film, without box. The battery is not included. Looks ok. You can use it as a flashlight, though weak. And as a repeller from dogs is not useful at all. In two days they experienced at least 2 dozen dogs (and palaces, and thoroughbred, and homemade, and stray, different ages), changed batteries, but no dog did not react.
