good quality, came with 12 month warranty and if you register your warranty in the site, you get 18 month extra warranty. easy to use, the instructions in how to long term mentain the devise are so clear and very mindful of the company to mention for the users. the nanopresso came with small bag with is very convenient. I had some coffee splashes in my clothes when I tried it for the first time this morning, but I guess I need to be more careful next time. the store was very helpful and supportive when I had an issue with the delivery the first time, the issue was fixed and it was delivered within 2 weeks after that… I would recommend for my best friends.
