The product is made of tough and quality material, identical to the photos of the publication. As for operation I tested it with a Samsung Smart tv with Bluetooth. All buttons don’t work and neither does touch but if some to change channel and enter YouTube and netflix. With compu I couldn’t test it because I need a Bluetooth dongle, however I hope it works well
